Hey, I'm Zach! As an animator and digital artist based in Los Angeles, CA, I’m passionate about crafting immersive experiences and exploring new storytelling mediums. My career began at DreamWorks Animation (first as an intern and later as a Production Coordinator), where I had the opportunity to hone my skills and contribute to TV series & films like The Bad Guys. Over the years, I’ve also worked at Scanline VFX and The Jim Henson Company, where I collaborated on blockbuster projects such as Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Black Adam, and The Flash.

Beyond traditional film work, my creative journey has expanded to social media and the digital space. Under the moniker No The Robot, I’ve amassed millions of views and built a community around my animation content & commentary on the evolving animation industry. My advocacy & work has been featured by brands and publications like Cartoon Brew, Animation Magazine, and even the iconic YouTube channel Corridor Crew.

I founded ZOPStudios as an immersive animation studio focused on the intersection of nostalgia and innovation. With a retro-futuristic aesthetic, ZOPStudios embraces new technologies like Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality to push the boundaries of storytelling. Whether through large-scale projects like my upcoming VR short film New Venice, or personal creative experiments, I believe in creating experiences that blend nostalgia with forward-thinking design.
